What these notes are
The public site name is Video Trimmer. The product in the body is LosslessCut, repo mifi/lossless-cut, licence GNU GPL-2.0. Official product homepage is losslesscut.app. These notes do not fight that homepage. Optional portable Windows uses an empty config.json next to LosslessCut.exe. Project files with a .llc suffix can save segments next to the media.

Naming and marks
Brand names LosslessCut, lossless-cut, losslesscut, mifi, and Mikael Finstad stay out of Title, H1, and meta description. They appear in the body so a reader can match the repo. The write phrase in Title and H1 is video trimmer. Headings after the H1 stay human and do not repeat that phrase for density. No dedicated trademark page was found on 2026-09-02. Describe the product by name in the body. Do not treat these notes as the vendor.
